1. General Overview

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all textile fabric products, wholesale bulk orders, sample orders and customized products purchased from Shaoxing Wudao Textile Technology Co., Ltd. We strictly follow international textile trade standards and reasonable after-sales rules to protect the rights and interests of both parties.

All return and refund applications must comply with the conditions stated below. Returns will not be accepted for orders that do not meet the policy requirements.

2. Acceptable Return Conditions

• Major quality defects confirmed on bulk fabric goods (weaving defects, serious color difference, wrong GSM, wrong width).
• Wrong products delivered, which are inconsistent with confirmed order specifications.
• Goods severely damaged during production or delivery by our side.
• Quantity shortage of bulk goods confirmed by inspection photos and videos.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom dyed fabrics, custom printed fabrics, custom pattern & design products.
• Custom composition, custom specification special finished fabrics.
• Sample orders, small trial orders and pre-production samples.
• Fabrics that have been cut, processed, sewn or used by the buyer.
• Minor color difference within international textile industry acceptable standard.
• Normal slight defects allowed by AQL quality inspection standard.

4. Application Time Limit

Buyer must submit return/refund application within 7 working days after receiving goods. Clear photos, videos and detailed inspection reports are required as evidence. Applications submitted beyond the time limit will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping & Cost

• Return shipping fee shall be borne by buyer if return reason is not our quality problem.
• Return shipping fee shall be borne by us if it is our production quality fault or wrong delivery.
• Returned goods must be kept in original intact packaging, unused and undamaged.
• We will inspect returned fabrics after receipt before processing refund.

6. Refund Processing Time

• Refund will be processed within 3-10 working days after we confirm acceptable return.
• Refund path is the same as original payment method.
• Bank processing time for refund arrival depends on your bank.

7. Negotiation Solution

For minor quality issues, we prefer to provide solutions such as partial refund, supplementary goods or discount compensation instead of full return, to save logistics time and cost for both parties.

8. Policy Update

We reserve the right to update this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Updated terms will take effect immediately after published on this page.
