1. General Overview
This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all textile fabric orders, sample orders, bulk wholesale orders and customized textile products purchased from Shaoxing Wudao Textile Technology Co., Ltd. We provide international shipping services worldwide, including sea freight, air freight, express courier and door-to-door delivery terms.
All delivery time and shipping terms are confirmed before order payment. By placing an order, you agree to all shipping, delivery and logistics terms stated below.
2. Shipping Terms Available
- FOB Shaoxing / Ningbo / Shanghai port
- CIF destination port
- DDP / DDU door to door delivery
- International express: DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, EMS
- Sea bulk shipping for large quantity fabric orders
- Air freight for urgent orders & small bulk goods
3. Production Lead Time
- Stock fabric samples: 1-3 working days for preparation
- Small sample orders: 3-7 working days
- Bulk dyed/printed fabric orders: 7-25 working days according to quantity
- Custom design & special finishing fabrics: 15-30 working days
- Lead time starts after deposit payment received and order details confirmed.
4. Transit Delivery Time
- International express: 3-7 working days
- Air freight: 7-15 working days
- Sea freight to Europe / America: 25-45 working days
- Sea freight to Southeast Asia / Middle East: 15-30 working days
- Transit time does not include customs clearance time.
5. Shipping Cost & Payment
- Shipping cost depends on destination country, weight, volume and shipping method.
- We will provide accurate shipping freight quotation before your order confirmation.
- For FOB terms, buyer bears sea freight, customs duty and local delivery cost.
- For DDP terms, shipping cost, duty and tax are included in unit price.
- Fabric weight & volume is calculated according to actual packaging.
6. Customs & Import Duty
- Buyer is responsible for customs declaration, import duty, VAT and local taxes in destination country.
- We will provide commercial invoice, packing list and other customs documents.
- We are not responsible for customs delay, customs inspection or detention.
- Customs duty policy varies by country; please check your local customs policy in advance.
7. Delivery Delay & Force Majeure
We are not liable for delivery delays caused by port congestion, customs inspection, logistics company issues, natural disasters, war, epidemic, policy changes and other force majeure factors. We will keep you updated timely and try our best to arrange delivery as soon as possible.
8. Goods Inspection After Delivery
Please inspect fabric quantity, quality and package immediately after receiving goods. Any quantity shortage or damage problems must be reported to us within 7 working days with clear photos and video evidence. We will arrange replacement or compensation according to actual situation.
9. Policy Update
We reserve the right to update this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time. Updated terms will take effect immediately after published on this page.
