Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes, samples are available. We can provide A4 / yardage samples. You only need to pay the sample cost and shipping fee, which will be refunded or deducted when you place a formal order. -
What’s your minimum order quantity?
Our usual MOQ is 500–1000 meters per design for most fabrics. For in-stock items, we can accept smaller quantities. We also support mixed orders for different colors. -
How long is the production lead time?
For stock fabrics: 3–7 days after payment. For custom order: 15–25 days after sample confirmation and deposit received. Exact time depends on quantity and craft. -
How do you pack the fabrics? What about shipping?
Fabrics are rolled with strong waterproof plastic bags and woven bags. We can ship by sea, air, or express (DHL / FedEx / UPS). We can also ship to your forwarder in China. -
Do your fabrics comply with international safety standards? Can you provide test reports?
All our fabrics meet key international standards including OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, REACH regulations, and relevant US/EU safety requirements. We can arrange third-party lab tests (e.g., SGS, ITS) based on your specific needs and provide full test reports before shipment. -
What payment terms do you accept?
We offer flexible payment terms for different cooperation stages. For new customers, we accept 30% deposit plus 70% balance before shipment via T/T. For long-term partners, irrevocable L/C at sight is also acceptable. All terms will be confirmed in the sales contract before production. -
Can you customize colors, prints or finishes based on our requirements?
Absolutely. We provide full customization services including color matching according to your swatches or Pantone numbers, custom digital, rotary or screen printing based on your designs, and special finishes such as water-repellent, anti-static, anti-bacterial and wrinkle-free treatments. All custom details will be confirmed with you via pre-production samples. -
What if I find quality issues after receiving the goods?
We stand behind our quality. If any confirmed quality issues arise due to our production mistakes, we offer two solutions: free replacement of the defective quantity, or partial refund based on the defect rate. You just need to provide clear photos or videos within 7 days of receiving the goods, and we will resolve it quickly. -
Do you support OEM/ODM services for our brand?
Yes, we provide complete OEM/ODM support including private labeling, custom hangtags and packaging with your brand logo, and confidentiality agreements to protect your designs and brand information. We can also assist with developing new fabric blends or functional textiles for your product line. -
What is your policy on order cancellations or modifications?
Before production starts, you can cancel or modify the order with a full refund of the deposit. After production begins, modifications such as color or quantity changes may be possible, but additional costs may apply. If you cancel after production is completed, we reserve the right to deduct material and labor costs. All changes must be confirmed in writing before proceeding. -
Can you help with customs clearance or provide necessary export documents?
Yes, we provide full export documentation support. We prepare standard documents including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin. For specific markets such as the EU and US, we can also provide documents required for customs clearance, such as CE declarations or textile certifications. We will coordinate with your forwarder to ensure smooth customs processing.
