1. General Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, products, and services (collectively the "Services") provided by our textile fabric & garment supply business. By browsing, ordering, purchasing, or contacting us, you fully accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

We specialize in textile fabrics, knitted & woven materials, printed fabrics, dyed fabrics, garment accessories, and custom textile products. These Terms apply to all wholesale & retail orders, samples, custom customization services, and international trade transactions.

2. Product & Textile Specifications

• All fabric compositions, weights (GSM), widths, colors, patterns, and technical parameters listed on the website are reference values only.
• Minor color differences between the actual fabric and website pictures are normal due to lighting, display screens, and batch dyeing production.
• We reserve the right to adjust fabric details, patterns, and processes without prior notice for production optimization.
• Custom printed/dyed fabrics, custom compositions, and custom sizes are non-standard customized products, subject to final confirmation samples.

3. Order, Payment & Wholesale Terms

• All textile wholesale orders require advance deposit payment before mass production; balance payment before shipment.
• Prices are valid for 7 days from quotation date. Fabric raw material price fluctuations may cause price adjustments.
• MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) applies to all custom dyed/printed textile products, subject to separate confirmation.
• Sample orders are available; sample fees can be deducted from bulk wholesale order payments.
• Order confirmation means you fully accept our fabric quality, process, color, and delivery terms.

4. Production Lead Time & Shipping

• Standard production lead time for bulk textile orders: 7-25 working days, depending on order quantity & customization complexity.
• Delivery time does not include international shipping, customs clearance, and logistics transit time.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspection, logistics company issues, port congestion, force majeure events.
• Shipping terms (FOB/CIF/DDP/Express) shall be confirmed separately in order proforma invoice.

5. Quality Inspection & Goods Acceptance

All textile fabrics will be fully inspected before shipment, in accordance with international textile industry AQL standard.

• Buyer shall inspect the goods immediately after receipt of delivery.
• Quality complaints must be submitted within 7 working days after goods receipt, with clear photos/videos proof.
• Minor defects within international textile industry acceptable standard range are not regarded as quality problems.
• Custom processed fabrics cannot be returned or exchanged unless major quality production defects confirmed.

6. Return & Refund Policy

• Standard stock fabrics: returnable within 15 days in original unused condition.
• Custom dyed/printed/customized textile products: non-returnable & non-refundable.
• Refund processing time: 3-10 working days after we receive and inspect returned goods.
• Return shipping cost shall be borne by buyer unless it is our production quality fault.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All patterns, designs, logos, product images, and website content are our exclusive intellectual property rights. Unauthorized copying, resale, reproduction, or commercial use of our textile patterns & designs is strictly prohibited. Buyer’s custom patterns shall guarantee legal intellectual property rights, and buyer shall bear all legal risks for infringement disputes.

8. Privacy & GDPR Compliance

We strictly comply with EU GDPR regulations and local data protection laws. Your personal information, contact details, and order data will only be used for business communication and order processing, and will never be sold to third parties. 9. Final Provisions

• We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, updated terms will take effect immediately on the website.
• Any dispute arising from textile transactions shall be resolved through friendly negotiation first.
• These Terms are applicable to international cross-border textile trade transactions.
